Patrick Gagner provided outstanding leadership and guidance in helping Purdue IT accomplish the goal of becoming ISO 9001, 20000-1, and 27001 certified. Pat is helping us in becoming ISO 22301 certified currently. Purdue IT cannot thank Pat enough for his dedication and expertise in helping us on our journey.
Pat Gagner was/is a huge help during our audits and the consulting he provides when we were first establishing our ISO 27001 system and when we were transitioning from the 2013 standard to the 2022 standard. Even when we have random questions about the standard, he always responds in a timely matter. His response times and the level of information he provided was perfect for us to be able to keep our certification.
