Love the Core product from a previous employer. The system itself is very intuitive and we love having everything in one place. The training and pre-made forms are extremely helpful. Murphy is a great resource and did a great job keeping us on schedule. He is very knowledgeable and quick to respond to any questions. Emily was also very helpful in taking a deep dive into our systems and procedures. We appreciate all the Core team members did to ready us for our most recent surveillance audit.

Kate was very organized, efficient, thorough and professional. She asked a great many questions and was engaged in learning our process to ensure she understood our compliance to the standard. She helped us understand issues that might affect our quality system.

We had an excellent experience with the staff at CORE. We came in with little to no experience on ISO9001, and the requirements needed to achieve this certification.
