Ty did a great job understanding the unique nature of our business and helped guide us through what we needed. We certainly could not have made it through the certification process this quickly and with no findings without Ty and Core. In addition to Ty's help writing procedures, the Core Training modules were great for helping get up to speed on the terminology and requirements of the AS9100 standard.

Kyle was quite helpful. This was my first internal audit since taking the position of Management Representative at Gilson Screen Incorporated and he took the time to explain things that still seem to be a little cloudy to me. He was thorough but understanding in most cases. He made suggestions for improvement when needed and, in one case, provided an idea to implement a log to keep track of certain records. I had a great experience with Kaitlin. She was always available to answer my questions and guide me. The only thing I would change is when you do the videos. Sometimes we would do something and then I would watch the video later that explained what it was and why. It would have been helpful to switch that order. I would have had different questions that way. The positive is that Kaitlin was always there to help me.
