It was a great experience. Due to COVID-19, entire audit was conducted remotely but the process was smooth and learning. Brenden Lowery was very knowledgeable and patience. Internal audit is suppose to prepare us for an external audit. Saying that, Brenden definitely helped us point some stuff/processes out that we can work on and make it better in future. Overall, experience was great.

I've now been through two ISO 9001 certification audits with help from CORE, once as an employee and now as the management representative. I can't recommend CORE enough. Norman Verbeck was a massive help through the preparation process and CORE's training and documentation are top notch. We got through our certification with no findings!
