Our Consultant was really knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. He kept us on tract and was only a phone call away. The Core database of procedures was really handy as we combined our process with the Core procedures to develop our procedures. In many cases the Core forms provided us with a good baseline to create our own forms.
