This year, our company set forth to obtain ISO certification through CORE Business Solutions, Inc. We were able to meet all of our deadlines and strategic goals for ISO 9001 & 27001 certifications. Mr. Pat Gagner, was our certified Consultant who assisted us through each step. We received excellent customer service as he guided us through each process. We are very please with the services that we received and highly recommend them to any organization planning on obtaining ISO certification.

DSCI worked with Pat Gagner to obtain three ISO certifications. We began with ISO 9001 & 27001. CORE was able to help us develop and integrated system for these two, and then about two months later we integrated a third certification which was ISO 20000-1. Pat was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Our ISO Rep enjoyed working with him and together they were able to set our company up for success!

TTC worked toward CMMI Maturity LvL 3 for both Development and Services. Farhana Jamil was our assigned mentor. The assistance was instrumental in TTC receiving a rating of "Fully Meets" and a "Satisfies" for all practice areas in CMMI Model 2.0. While this was no easy feat, Farhana was tremendous support. She was even available during the appraisal to answer the phone for direct questions and guidance.
