Went on line to Beaumont Urgent Care in Lake Orion; this was Tuesday, September 6th. You listed availabilities for that day, made my appointment for 12:45pm, answered questions you had on line - easy😊. Arrived, checked in, & the girl @ the desk was most helpful in finishing information I didn’t know how to do (photo of drivers license & insurance card - I apologize I did not get her name!). Everyone I encountered was patient and kind. The young woman at the registration desk helped input my information on my phone to submit for this Beaumont Urgent Care location. The PA examine me gave me information concerning my medical issue and provided necessary medication to resolve the issue. I was pleased with the care I received.
