First spell Beaumont correctly in your banner above!? With only 1 person ahead of us in the lobby and nobody else arriving I had to wait a full hour beyond my appointment time to be called back. Unacceptable in a COVID world! And you front desk staff and the nurse practitioner gave different instructions for how to get my COVID Test results. While confusing and surprising, both turned out to be correct. Should get your team on the same page.
