We made appointments for COVID testing. When we arrived there was only one person ahead of us in the waiting room and yet we had to wait an hour to get tested. Once we were brought into the examination room, we were treated courteously and professionally. I was concerned about the fact that the NP stated she hadn’t been vaccinated yet because she didn’t know where to go and she works long hours so she doesn’t have time.
