The Doctor was great the nurse was a little short and insensitive. I was sent to the ER where I waited for 8 hours to be seen. Out y’all’s problem.
From scheduling to check in the process was smooth and went as planned. After I checked in and I had my initial questions asked by I’m assuming the nurse the bedside manner was far from friendly. However, my PA was great and listened to all my concerns and answered them throughly.

Went on line to Beaumont Urgent Care in Lake Orion; this was Tuesday, September 6th. You listed availabilities for that day, made my appointment for 12:45pm, answered questions you had on line - easy😊. Arrived, checked in, & the girl @ the desk was most helpful in finishing information I didn’t know how to do (photo of drivers license & insurance card - I apologize I did not get her name!).
