The nurse who came in the room was extremely unprofessional. She didn't introduce herself and when I told her why I came in she proceeded to lecture me on how I should have contacted my surgeon instead of coming in to U.C. It was a Sunday and I don't live near the hospital. That being said the P.A. that came in after was great! She was kind and considerate, treated the issue and was what I expected from a Beaumont health care professional.

This is the second time that I've visited this clinic. Multiple urgent care centers exist closer to my home. However, none offer the level of warmth and care delivered here! The front desk person greeted me with a kind good morning and expedited the check in process. Next came Delia, friendly MA. She treats a person like both a patient and a friend. Three of us arrived for our covid rapid test. We completed all the required paperwork and we were escorted to a treatment room. Our temperature, pulse, blood pressure were taken. The test was administered and results received back in less than an hour. Great job.
