When I made the appointment online an hour before to have my daughter checked for a broken ankle, there were many open slots both before and after our appointment time. When we arrived, the Urgent Care was not real busy (and there were at least 4 employees sitting in the back). We didnt get called back until MORE THAN AN HOUR AFTER our appointment time (and we received the survey link while still sitting in the waiting room). Check in process was poor. Very poor. Your attempt to save time on your end with the registration link took what should have been 5 minutes into 15 minutes. When your child is in excruciating pain, that is a miserable experience. I will not come back

Waited 2 hours to see the doctor, even though I had an appt & filled out stuff online before my appt. Not to confident in my diagnosis..

The physicians assistant that I was seen by one Calvin F paniagua was obviously not wanting to do much today he sat there acted like he was listening, had his preconceived notions based upon my reason for a visit. Nonetheless, I feel like he called me an addict straight to my face with the disregard for the physical pain and discomfort that I am in even though I was instructed to go to a Corewell health urgent care to get a refill if I could not land an appointment soon enough at my primary care, physicians office

Worst experience. Will never be back. Dr Wang told me I couldn’t work with my symptoms anyway so it was ok for me to just feel miserable. Prescribed me nothing, and I suffered greatly. I had to go to IEP urgent care the next day to get the care I needed. I wanted viscous lidocaine for sore throat and tessalon pearles for cough. Dr said I should just get over the counter Benadryl to help me sleep. I asked the office manager to call me and I never received a call. It’s been over a month. Had trouble hearing person at front desk, between the glass and her mask (which I understand). She made no effort to move closer to window when speaking. Called to exam room by only my last name. I don't recall getting my temporal temp taken, but it was documented, I suppose I missed it. 'Doctor' was NP (which I have no issue with), but didn't know that till I read my dc instructions. Rude staff that wouldn’t provide timely responses. Vitals were put in and doctor took forever to come in. In addition to it all, you gave me a false negative Covid test. I took 3 at home and it came positive, your PCR gave me a negative, which I felt was wrong so I went to another location and got a rapid and PCR which both came back positive. Your use of bad PCR tests (Acula) could cause people’s death. Either use good tests or don’t test at all.
