Office was 45 minutes late opening due to receptionist not coming in on time. Health care was very good, staff was very attentive.

When I arrived the receptionist told me they are running behind because they only had one provider. I told her I worked down the street if she could text me when they were ready. An hour and 10 minutes later I received a text to head in and when I arrived I went right into the room. Doctor was in my room within 15 minutes. Solved my issue and I was out the door within 40 minutes.

Checking in was not good. Doing this online was to much a pain in the rear. If the receptionist is unable to check you in you should close the doors imtell you get better help. Not saying the online thing is bad doing this crap on my phone when you have all my info in your computer does not work for me!!
