Rude staff that wouldn’t provide timely responses. Vitals were put in and doctor took forever to come in. In addition to it all, you gave me a false negative Covid test. I took 3 at home and it came positive, your PCR gave me a negative, which I felt was wrong so I went to another location and got a rapid and PCR which both came back positive. Your use of bad PCR tests (Acula) could cause people’s death. Either use good tests or don’t test at all.
Inspite of having my slot booked at 11:50am I was asking at window at 12:20pm to do my COVID testing. Slow response from team. But thank you for service. Operation of the urgent care need to be optimized
