Quite a long wait and the room was coldĀ
The experience at Corewell Novi was pleasant and professional - from the receptionist, MA, X-ray and PA Dan . No long wait ti be seen. No long wait for X-ray results, or follow-up instructions. PA Dan concern about my walking with my fracture and "new shoe" enabled the MA to get some sun and assure safe walk to my car !!!! šlol. Thank you All. Great team-work for non urgent care. I would use this facility again, if ever needed.Ā

There were a lot of things I didnāt personally like about this urgent care, they were loud and obnoxious and thought no one could hear them, it seemed like they didnāt take me seriously and I dislike that, they didnāt give me the protection vest for the xray and I went home with the strongest headache Iāve had in a long time and everywhere else I go they always give me the vest so I should have knew something was off? The checkin was very quick and the tests and diagnosis very fast and accurate. The nurse confirmed the results and the doctor came and had a chat regarding my diagnosis. Very professional facility.Ā
