Waited an hour and a half for a doctor to come in for literally 30 seconds not examine me and tell me to use a Netipot for 3 days. Went in for dizziness and a head cold with plugged ears.

Went for blood in my urine, unfortunately my issues were more than they handle so went to the ER.

The NP didn’t do a thorough examination. She looked at my eye ( chief complaint was eye infection) and said I will be right back but she never came back. She sent someone else to give me the discharge paperwork without addressing my concerns or questions.

My wife went to Beaumont urgent care in Troy last Friday evening with my son and it was the worst experience that she had in a medical facilities in her life! My wife and my sick kid was mistreated from the beginning to the end of the appointment. My son is 5 years old, had high fever, was coughing and vomiting and we as parents were really concerned with him. She had not slept well for the last 3 nights, so she was scared and really tired. I was asked by the doctor to call back later in the day to update my condition… I tried repeatedly to call but was put on hold each time and the call was never answered

Reception staff did not enforce visitors wear masks, nor did they wear one correctly themselves. Unacceptable and unsafe practice for a medical service provider.
