Easy efficient online check in process. Staff super caring and professional. Time seen by practitioner was sooner than scheduled appt. They listen to me, they rule symptoms out and they medicate appropriately. Love this team.

The Nurse Practitioner was AMAZING as was the PCT, However, the Medical Receptionist was a FORGETTABLE experience. Maybe she should receive additional training regarding asking patients the SAME question, i.e. the spelling of ones name.

The Lady at the front desk was amazing! There were so many people with issues in the lobby. Some didn’t know how to make an appointment, or register. She took her time with everyone and reassured us that we would be taken care of soon. An older lady even got hostel with her and she remained professional. In todays world, post COVID, you can not find customer service like this. Top tier for sure!
