I always feel confident comping in knowing I will get a clean exam room. Everyone I have met or interacted with has been friendly, courteous, kind, professional. I am listened to, asked appropriate questions and overall feel my care is at least similar to a Dr office visit. This Urgent care has a great staff!

I sprained my ankle and went to the Corewell Health Urgent care on 12 and Schoenherr. I had an excellent experience. The receptionist was helpful and courteous during the check in The nurse who took vitals and X-ray was professional and nice and the Dr was thorough, professional and friendly. Explaining everything and very reassuring
