Very efficient, friendly and capable. Update: About a year later and after my 2nd trip to Beaumont Urgent Care, I find them again to be very efficient, friendly and capable. And consistent of course. 3rd Visit: One word: Excellent!

The nurse did a great job explained everything she was doing. Told me what to do or not to do at home. We waited in the lobby about five minutes.

The whole experience did not take very long. I was examined and released. Staff was very courteous and patient. The establishment was very clean. I would recommend this clinic to anyone as one of the best.

I really like the gentleman that took care of me. He was very nice and easy to talk to and get information. The only thing I will say is I’m not sure why you have the option of making an appointment because my appointment time was at 3:30 and I did not get taken in until after 4:30. Other than that, it was a nice peaceful wait.
