Doctor and nurse were rude. I didn’t even get one word in with the doctor. So disappointed
Checked in online like we were suppose to just to get there and wait 1 hour and 45 minutes to go back. Because the receptionist told us we could wait outside but while we were out there we realized patients that got there after us were also leaving before us... We went back inside and caught the receptionist telling people there was no longer a wait and that they were next! Then she looked over at us with a shocked look on her face and said "OH! The staff was extremely rude, and dismissive of the injuries I suffered, and did not spend much time examining or asking questions pertaining to my injury. The nurse practitioner went as far as to say “well, it looks just fine to me”. I would not recommend anyone go to this location.
