We did have a great experience, but we would have liked having a group text message or group email with everyone involved and if we got updates every other day or so on where things were at it would have felt better. A lot of family was involved in the loan so everyone was calling the lender and I think it was overwhelming- but we felt like we couldn’t get a hold of him easily and often we had no idea where we were at on the loan and it was nerve wracking.
Tim is a consummate professional who urgently processed our loan. He ensured that we had everything we needed to close, well before deadlines. I feel fortunate that Tim was on our loan again.
