Everyone knows the usual how painstaking a process to obtain a loan is. Cornerstone (Emily and Tim) made this a very different experience. Paperwork and documentation gathering was straight forward and efficient. They even helped work with third party’s where we needed it. kj Documents prepared for us were accurate first round and ahead of schedule. Great experience!
I could not have made our move without them. I would have had to juggle two mortgages for two months without them. When issues with an existing home sale popped up on a Saturday before a Monday closing Cornerstone cleaned the issues up and the sale went perfectly. Kudos!
