Between Nic in sales and Mike with installation, I am a satisfied customer on the turnaround. The equipment is modern and more than I expected honestly. I appreciate the service and would recommend to anyone on the fence about get this service. You can mess with it all from your phone too.
Cody the technician went above and beyond to first discuss options for devices and plans in detail and ensure that I have understood them and their benefits and then get the system installed and configured correctly. He took the time to explain how things worked and how to use them on a daily basis. It took some time to get everything done and he chose to get it done in one go even if it meant working late and I truly appreciate the time he took to get it done appropriately.
Jeremy was great! He is professional and courteous and knew what he was doing. He explained what I was getting and even suggested other products for the future. He certainly exemplifies great customer service
