Cody the technician went above and beyond to first discuss options for devices and plans in detail and ensure that I have understood them and their benefits and then get the system installed and configured correctly. He took the time to explain how things worked and how to use them on a daily basis. It took some time to get everything done and he chose to get it done in one go even if it meant working late and I truly appreciate the time he took to get it done appropriately.
