The installer was so helpful and full of suggestions. The new look of the keypad is great also. And the technology has come a long way since the big box in a closet.Â

The new ADT system was installed and tested very quickly and professionally. The installer came early and finished up in a reasonable time. It was easy to use, especially with the app on our phones.Â

Experience was fantastic! Extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. The only thing that I could say is that one the technician left, my garage door doesn’t close fully. Not sure if it’s because the camera is in the way. Other than that, awesome!Â

I simply cannot day enough good things about this experience. Erica, the rep who first contacted me was kind, personable and extremely helpful. She explained all the options thoroughly and I knew exactly what to expect. The installer was early and understanding that I had to leave to pick up my daughter.
