Both representatives we dealt with were friendly and professional. They informed us of everything and made sure we understood. The tech stayed long hours into the evening to make sure everything worked right and we understood how to use it all. We're very satisfied.

Sales did not communicate the size and complexity of the installation to the technician so he was here until almost 11 PM. He has done a good job with this project but will need to come back to complete a part of the installation on February 9th. Three buildings on a one acre property in downtown Angleton, TX.
