I have spoke with the owner of the company and we have come to agree on how to settle my concerns, I will give them a second chance since they handled my complaint. Here was my situation; Install America did a good job on the actual roof, however, the they did not do an acceptable job cleaning up when they were done. When they came for the appointment to look at vthe job they where right on time. The salesman was knowledgable, & not pushy. The installation was on time neat & clean. The installers had to work in the rain, but stiil got the job done. I would defineting use them again.
