We interviewed 5 companies, and Install America met all our criteria: Quality Custom Windows, Lifetime Parts/Labor, Competitive Price, and Honest Company. They were able to deliver my custom windows and start the project sooner than I had expected. The crew worked effeciently and professionally, completing the project in 3 days. I have spoke with the owner of the company and we have come to agree on how to settle my concerns, I will give them a second chance since they handled my complaint. Here was my situation; Install America did a good job on the actual roof, however, the they did not do an acceptable job cleaning up when they were done. Their trucks left holes in our yard and they also left nails and shingles all throughout the yard and driveway. The Answer (how they responded); 1. Clean up crew came and picked up. 2. When they came for the appointment to look at vthe job they where right on time. The salesman was knowledgable, & not pushy. The installation was on time neat & clean. The installers had to work in the rain, but stiil got the job done. I would defineting use them again.
