They were prompt in contacting me and sending a representative. However, they were a little late in their promised delivery and the order was not completely correct the first delivery and had to be sent later.
Luckily, I could stay at home and wait past the postponments. They were profesional enough to call when they had to reschedule the start, and again and again. Once the work started, I found the office people well informed and able to connect me to the point of contact person who wrote up the contract. The guy who came out was extremely nice and let me tell him my ideas and compared several options with me get a better idea of the overall project look for the end. I thought they would have done a better job repairing the wood before installing the windows and capping over the large gaps.

they did a WONDERFUl job installing our windows. They were quick, efficient, and VERY thorough. Unwilling to leave the job in a state not satisfactory to the installer, let alone to customer. We are EXTREMELY pleased with our windows.

The owner Tom was fantastic about having the job done right! He also did some extra work that was not in the contract to ensure my happiness.
