Pacifica Senior Living was a very nice place. It is very small and there are less residents here, therefore there is less going on. The room sizes were super small which was a downfall for us. Each building has 2 wings and 5 small rooms in each wing. It is in an "L" shape, so you cannot get lost and everyone can congregate in the dining space. Pacifica Belleair is a nice residential living option for assisted living or memory care patients. The single story cottages help to create a family oriented environment, and the outside gazeboes and walking areas are an added bonus. The staff is supportive and caring.

Initially I had severe doubts. Its hard to let go of a beloved husband. But in time it is improving. I'd like the aides to stay longer so the know them.

Facility is clean and very hospitable. During COVID, they took all the necessary precautions. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. Caregivers are short-staffed but all are very good at their jobs and helpful to everyone.

I visited the facility on Tuesday, November 29th, to see my former mother-in-law. Your staff in Cottage 3 were very helpful in supporting my visit which was the first time that I had ever been to the location. My son and his family members visit her with some frequency, but I live in Iowa and only get down to the Tampa Bay Area every now and then. Moving mom into a memory care facility was a difficult decision but we are so glad that it was Pacifica that we chose. It is truly a blessing knowing that Mom is getting the care and attention that she needs with respect, dignity and reassurance of well being. We were able to tour the Pacifica Senior Living community in person, the tour was fine and our experience was fine everyone was nice but we just didn't think it was going to be the best fit for our loved one.
