I just wanted to share that today dad told me he really likes it there and he says he's very happy. He says everyone is super nice and the food is great. It made me very happy. Mom and I are very glad we chose Pacifica. [name removed] I hope you have a lovely evening.

I would like to give a shout out to the employees of Pacifica, especially the groups working in cottages 1&3. Twice a week and as needed l entered both 1 and 3 cottages to assist my participants for PACE. The care and detail to their residence in heartwarming and very appreciated feel confident that our PACE participants are being treated with dignity and respect. Mother really enjoys this community. She likes that they are pet friendly and that activities director used to have a pug that she would bring in that my mother loved. Overall, the staff did try to accommodate for her needs as much as possible. She has been able to have a lot of social interaction here, which is really good for her. During the Covid-19 pandemic, my mother has struggled with the community being on lock down and the activities stopped. I have been able to FaceTime with her, which I think is good for her.

First, I want to point out that I did my research, toured and spoken with every assisted living and memory care facility in the Pinellas and Tampa Bay area. As well for 7 years working with ombudsman and the Florida State Department for Elder Care. So much so we were on a first name basis. Pacifica Senior Living of Belleair is it. Personal care and individual attention, medications, diet, hygiene, cleanliness of the facility as a whole, common areas and private rooms. The staff’s quality and quantity are always met. I was with [name removed] whose husband [name removed] is a new comer with you. I saw the place and was very pleased with it all (cleanliness, atmosphere/settings, quiet, peaceful, etc...just a few good words). The nurses I met were polite and courteous to us and helpful. I know [name removed] is in good hands there and thank you for helping [name removed] with the situations she is enduring now.
