Pacifica Hemet is a cottage style community that provides a homelike feel. The team is very passionate about what they do. I could not ask for a better team to work with and care for the residents. It has been a difficult time , but the staff and residents make it more enjoyable. A true Pacifica family.

I can tell you first hand that Pacifica Hemet is an amazing place. The staff here has amazing work ethic and works as an amazing team to provide the care possible for our residents. I can honestly say I am proud to be a part of this team and community. Our residents deserve the best and we strive to give them that and more.
My lifelong friend, [name removed], recently passed after 20 months at Pacifica Hemet, CA. I would not have asked for a better care from day 1, till his passing on [date removed]. The entire personnel work "with heart and soul." Their kindness will never be forgotten.
The caregivers are very compassionate & caring. It is a difficult time with the virus and not being able to visit our loved ones. The staff is trying to keep the residents happy and safe!
I would like to be at home, but due to my circumstances, I am not able to. Pacifica is a great community. The staff is great especially [names removed]. I think it's great how Pacifica has been handling the Covid-19 situation to keep us all safe.
The facility is very inviting. Staff has been very attentive and available to answer questions. My dad seems to be content with his accommodations, food, and caregivers.
From the parts of the community that we have seen, it looks to be clean. There are no fowl smells which is one of the things that really stood out to us. We are really happy with the care services our loved on is receiving, the staff members seem to really genuinely care about the residents. They keep our loved one very buys, you can see their activities on their face book page. Her favorite activity is bingo!
I heard nothing but good things about Pacifica from a variety of people before my mother went to live there. My mom needed memory care. I was very impressed with how patient they were with each of the residents. Memory care can be a very difficult place to work, but not once did I ever overhear a staff member have irritation or frustration in their voice, even when repeating the same answer to the same question a dozen times when a resident would forget.
