Pacifica Senior Living Hemet was a very nice community and had a homey feeling to it. However, it was too far for my loved ones.

We do love the Pacifica Senior Living community, it is very clean especially compared to other communities we had toured. They make sure to engage our loved one in activities like bingo, and ice cream socials. They even let her speak for a bit on the Sunday Church services which she is just ecstatic about. She is not to fond of the meals - they are health but generic and pretty bland and low salt. Based on the experience we have had so far we would recommend this community to other families .

I liked the location in Hemet - seemed safer than others. It got good ratings. They do have activities, but my dad only went to happy hour weekly. They come weekly and do housekeeping in each room and wash clothes. The food though was not healthy. Lots of fried food, heavy sauces and soups which aren't good for anyone.

We picked this community because of, the proximity, communication, positive information from the staff, and the cleanliness of the environment. They have had turnover in the staff. Overall, our satisfactory is very good, and I am glad that my loved one is there.

We really like that Pacifica Senior Living has little individual cottages that hold up to a certain amount of residents and we really like the community itself. All of the staff have been super nice and helpful and they were extremely accommodating when it came to our loved one moving in. Based on our experience so far we would recommend this community to other families.

The facilities are nice, they're clean and well done. It's not a place where you should just leave your parent or loved one and not worry. You'll want to always stay engaged with the staff and their team to make sure things are going well. That may be for the case for any other place, but still, make sure to stay engaged so that you know what's going with your loved one there. Also, make sure that they will call you when there's an issue, because that didn't always happen for me.
