My brother has been a resident here since last month and has improved tremendously in just weeks. The staff is caring and highly trained. Every level of service is five star and I highly recommend.

Pacifica has a homey feel with staff that are competent and caring. It is appropriately staffes and has an inviting, clean, and well maintained atmosphere. Communication between me and the staff is well above what I was expecting. it is a gem.

When selecting a facility for our brother, Pacifica Peoria stood out. The staff appeared to be very attentive and caring to the residents. The layout with different cottages for different stages was also appealing.
We had a great tour experience with Pacifica Senior Living Peoria and actually really liked this facility. Unfortunately we found the director at Pacifica to be very un-engaged and never reached out to us. But the sales person who showed us around on the tour was wonderful.
Thank you for taking care of my husband and showing him so much! It always meant the world to me when I visited and saw each of you talking to him and other residents, hugging them and joking with all of them. I love you all and I'm grateful he had such a special connection with all of you.
