My mom has had nothing but great care!! The communication from the Director and Community Relations Director have been phenomenal! My mom settled right in and made new friends right away! The staff are really good to her and the ratios are pretty good which I love! The cottages have a very homey feel with beautiful porches and patio furniture they can sit on and enjoy the outdoors or they can walk around! That was really important to me when choosing a place!! Mom always says… “it’s the best place I have ever lived.” The staff is kind and caring The facility is run very well The meals and deserts are great The best choice we made for mom and dad.

[name removed] is fantastic! She helped my family through a tough transition of my father to the Pacifica Peoria AZ community. We all feel very confident in the wellness of our father moving forward. [name removed] and her staff far exceeded our expectations!

Not only am I happy that I placed my husband at Pacifica, but as time goes on, I'm convinced I made the right decision because: ongoing memory care activities, events for residents, very clean cottages, healthy menu & snacks, a staff who genuinely cares for the residents.

We just moved my mom to this community and have been so happy with the staff. It was a difficult decision, but the team at Pacifica eased my fear and i am able to sleep at night

Everyone lives! I've toured several homes where people sleep. In this people were engaged in exercise or visiting with each other under the gazebo. Staff knew their names. Uplifting, encouraging place to put a loved on during the hardest decision I'll ever have to make!
