Everybody is very nice, the staff are knowledgeable, and the facility is always clean. I feel that my mom is well taken care of and these opportunities to see my mom during the COVID-19 is so awesome thank you very much.

The staff has always gone above and beyond to help me manage my patients. From the front desk to the ED, everyone is friendly and knowledgable. Nurses are involved with their residents and are very caring.

Pacifica Senior Living is a great facility. Love the staff and care they provide. Each cottage has their patio and outdoor area for the resident to enjoy. Love the flexibility, love care, and attitude everyone has.

My Mom is living at Pacifica Senior Living center now. We are very happy with the facility. [Name removed] the med-tech in cottage 4 is doing a wonderful job. She takes good care of our Mom. She is professional, nice and friendly. She is doing a very good job.

My dad has been a resident at Pacifica for about 2.5 years now. As his Alzheimer's condition has progressively gotten worse during this time period, I have had more interaction with both of your activity nurses [name removed] and [name removed]. I very much appreciate the communication they continue to produce me about my dad and follow through on things that need attention.
