Very nice setting with plenty of beautiful green grounds for residents to walk through with a gazebo for relaxing outdoors. Clean, spacious and modern facility. Pleasant staff, plenty of organized entertainment for the residents.
Since this whole pandemic started and you were put in lockdown [name removed] has worked extremely hard doing activities for the residents and Facetime and Zoom calls with family members. When the "wall" visits started he coordinated all the visits to give each family special time with their loved ones and still hosted Zoom and Facetime for families that couldn't do "wall" visits. I've worked with Pacifica since mid-august. The personnel are knowledgeable, very helpful, courteous, and kind. Most importantly, the care and love they give to the residents is matched by no one else. I feel my loved one is safe and well taken care of.
The community wasn't a fit for us. So it depends on what you are looking for. The room sizes were small but did have a bathroom. She did not complain about the food I think they liked it. I would not recommend this community.
This is a very kind-hearted community that focuses on the best patient care. Staff and executive are very nice and always available to clients and family. They work hard to give the residents a place to call home, a forever home.
