Many Thanks and a Big Hats Off to Dr Rhodes, Debbie, Trina and staff . They have always treated me and my dogs well. And have gone "Above and Beyond" in making sure my dogs are healthy, immunized and properly taken care of. I have been a client for many years and will continue to do so. Good Job!!

We were visiting Hot Springs for a quick family vacation this past weekend and our beloved Maltese passed away unexpectedly. The Countryside Animal Hospital was the only office to answered the phone with a person. The other clinics we called had recorded messages to leave a text message. The staff was so kind, compassionate and respectful. Thank you so much for being there on a Saturday, for answering the phone and for offering such kindness in a very difficult time to people from out of town. Trooper(cat) has been coming here for year now. The staff and Doctors on hand are amazing and friendly, along with being knowledgeable about topics. Troopers dental and regular checks ups go smoothe so we are in out fast, which he enjoys. Always willing to answer question I have, or even ordering items I would need :). Would recommend

Casey at the front desk is always awesome! She's always professional and nice, although there is one girl at the front desk I don't care for. She's always really rude about what time I arrive - if I'm three minutes late, she makes a big production about it. Thing is, I don't make a big production about it if we're not seen exactly at our appt time, hello. Anyway, my dogs and I love Dr. Fentress. She's very sweet with my girls. And once years ago, the Office Manager (forgot her name) donated an exam, basic shots, and dog food... read more

My Dog is a Keeshond and he is 4 years old. Dr. Monica Fentress along with all the staff are absolutely fabulous at Countryside. (I have been a returning client for years) Sugar Bear will get all of his care at Countryside Animal Hospital. In my view, they are the best option for all dogs. GOD BLESS, Brenda

I have taken my dog to Countryside since 2019. The staff is always amazing and we've seen a couple of the vets mainly for same day appointment(s) and getting in with anyone we can or a walk-in on Saturdays; every vet is professional and cares for my dog. She gets nervous but they always win her over spoiling her with treats, now I think she does it just for the treats:) However I have recommended this vet to several people in which heard nothing but good reviews from them after taking their animals there. We were traveling to a convention when my elder mini schnauzer took a turn for the worse. The staff were very compassionate to our situation and my beloved pet in his last hours. We are so grateful for the kindness and care.
