Service I get service at this dealership all the time. They pay the Lyft transportation so I don't have to wait. Today, I arrived at 6:15 to get my car only to find out they closed the service department at 6. The one person on staff, texted the service tech in charge of my car and he happened to still be on property. He came back out and took care of me. Great experience.
Service is more than fixing the vehicle. Overall, a great experience. I was disappointed in the notification of completion. Records show 11:30 AM. It was nearly 4:30 PM before I could confirm it was ready. I waited 25 min on hold for service advisor. Finally called scheduling to get help. From the app it appears it got lost in final touches stage. Scheduling was most helpful!!!
Amazing service and awesome dealership! I had a great experience buying my Nissan Rogue S with AK! He was funny, personable, helpful and worked with me until I felt comfortable with the deal. He was more than accommodating and I will definitely be coming back!
