Great Service Experience Met immediately by an advisor. Defined service needed. Advisor updated me as appropriate. Quick reliable service. Service completed in estimated time. Car was cleaner than when I came in for service.
Professionalism and service were classic. I was pleased with my Service Tech Cassie Guevara who accommodated me with scheduling transportation when needed while my car was being serviced and repaired. She was very informative, professional, and courteous. keeping me up to date on my car repair progress.

Service I get service at this dealership all the time. They pay the Lyft transportation so I don't have to wait. Today, I arrived at 6:15 to get my car only to find out they closed the service department at 6. The one person on staff, texted the service tech in charge of my car and he happened to still be on property. He came back out and took care of me. Great experience.
Service is more than fixing the vehicle. Overall, a great experience. I was disappointed in the notification of completion. Records show 11:30 AM. It was nearly 4:30 PM before I could confirm it was ready. I waited 25 min on hold for service advisor. Finally called scheduling to get help. From the app it appears it got lost in final touches stage. Scheduling was most helpful!!!
Amazing service and awesome dealership! I had a great experience buying my Nissan Rogue S with AK! He was funny, personable, helpful and worked with me until I felt comfortable with the deal. He was more than accommodating and I will definitely be coming back!
