No major issue. Service Advisor Michael Johnson was professional, friendly, courteous, fully knowledgeable, and knows his cars. My issue with the dealership is charging credit card usage fees which is very unfair to the customer. That is ridiculous, after charging shop supplies fees. It is unacceptable!!! I think I should get refunded the credit card fees.
Service is always top level and Robert isbalways keeping me uodated on what is goung on with my car. Thanks

I was provided a price for an oil change for 29. 00 but I sent my son to pick up my car and was charged 59.00. I’m not happy about that.

I was impressed with the dealership as a whole. The staff greeted me and everyone was eager to help. I ended up talking with Johnny Ballard. He was most helpful, patient and really trying to work out a deal for me.
Understood what was needed and got the job done quickly. Was also able to identify some issues that were not addressed in the initial assessment
