Great Service! We were greeted by Johnny Espinoza while in line for oil change. Very professional and very nice. We were told it might be hour or so wait. Very nice waiting area with coffee, snacks, sodas etc. Johnny kept us informed about the progress on our car every 10-15 minutes which was great. Car was ready earlier than expected and Johnny checked us out Very proficiently and our oil change was discounted which helped us alot. We are both retirees. Mr. Sarkar: excellent Customer service and Salesma Mr. Sarkar was my salesman. He was courteous, kind, and respectful. I have many allergies, especially fragrances. Sarkar cooperated with me to help me stay away from fragrances. The new Nissan was my first auto purchase in 15 years, so I did not know about the current safety, communication, and security features. Sarkar was courteous when explaining all these new features to me. Excellent customer service.

Robert is the man! I came in to get a key replacement with my warranty I got from another dealership, Robert handled everything smoothly, I was there a couple of hrs and it seemed like 30 mins. I will be getting all my services done at courtesy nissan! Thanks Robert!!
