All I had was an oil & filter change (plus car wash), and it book 2 hrs. 15 min.--way too long.

Worked with Shauna. She is amazing. I called her about my horn not working and the car only being 1.5 years old... She was able to get me in the next day with a loaner and fixed in 1 day. I called 3 other dealerships in DFW and nobody wanted to bother but Shauna and Courtsey swooped it and handled it like champions. I appreciate it so much.

I explained to Robert that my vehicle had insurance covering repairs and there was a $100 deductible that I would pay. Robert contacted the insurance company and explained what repair was needed and the insurance company approved the repair. In addition to the repair, I asked Robert to have the oil changed and do the annual inspection of my vehicle as required by Texas, to get the annual window sticker.
