Courtesy is much better then the Nissan dealership I purchased from. It's clean, the people are friendly and I feel they are doing a great job every time I bring my car in. When I make my next purchase I hope it will be from them.

Thanks to Courtesy Nissan for servicing my 2021 Altima. An oil change and a new cabin filter started the month of June with a purring engine and chillier AC.. My service rep, Shauna Harris, is fun to work with and kept my car on schedule. The complimentary car wash was a great finishing touch.

This is my second time buying a vehicle here! The customer service is exceptional. Luis V was my sales guy, he did a fantastic job :) I've never had anything bad to say about Courtesy until now. So while Luis and I waited for detail crew to finish "cleaning " which took about an hour. Pissed was an understatement when I got the truck and realized it wasn't clean.
