OMG, I can't afford that! I have used Curtesy Nissan in Richardson TX for several years and I am always satisfied with the Service Representative and the service I receive. Today I went in for an oil change and filter. They always run system check-ups and Teresia, my Service Rep came back to me and said she's sorry but they found several things that need to be done other than the oil change. Nice surprise After the initial purchase and some unfortunate sequence of events with a brake cilenoid going out, the dealership has not disappointed me. First synthetic oil change was only $35! Was supposed to have to wait on the car for 3 hours, and got out in 1.5 hours. Very happy!
Great service department The service department is great! Always friendly and knowledgeable. I like that they recommend services from the 14-point inspection, but there is no high pressure tactic to sell them.

Excellent service Arrived early for appointment and Johnny came out immediately to service my car. Check out was quick. Johnny took his time to explain the bill.
Great experience today Today I had a great experience. Brought the Murano in for an oil change and tire rotation. My advisor was able to offer a reasonable price for these services and the work was done timely.
Friendliness, service and job well done Excellent, from the time I dropped my car till I received it, I learned a lot and treated well. Service man was very helpful and educational and explained everything in detail.
Car service I had my car serviced and had a few things worked the one who helped me was Emilio if you ever go to this dealership I suggest you ask for him super cool guy helped me with anything that came up.
