This is my first time I visited Nissan in Richardson. I had a good experience.
Roy is the best! Roy answers all my questions and is very patient with me.
I had a 2:00 appointment to get my oil changed and tires rotated. Normally this process takes between 60-90 minutes to complete. For some reason it took nearly two hours on this visit. I was not given any updates during this time, and had to check with my advisor to find out why it was taking so long. They did was the car afterwards, which is always a nice touch.
I was very impressed with my service advisor Emilio. He immediately approached me and remembered my name. As well he continued to keep me informed on my vehicle's progress. Over all I give him individually an overall 10!! I will and have referred people to Courtesy Nissan. Thanks
I was promptly greeted upon arriving at Courtesy Nissan. However, I waited about 20 minutes before someone came over who could actually help me get the process started. Once the car was turned over to the service folks, the work was done well and in a timely manner. Upon doing an inspection of my car, a couple of other minor things were discovered which were brought to my attention. After giving them permission to fix the problems, they quickly completed the work. Cashing out when I picked up my car was quick and easy.
Great service even on one of their busiest days of the week. I was in and out with no issues.
The Service person was be courteous, had ,good communication great suggestions and they washed my car.
I always have my vehicles serviced at Courtesy Nissan. Scott, and the entire service team are always professional, and friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
My service advisor was awesome! From the day I dropped my car off until the day I picked it up he communicated above and beyond my expectations !
