Service center was very bad and unqualified mechanics. I would not have a car serviced at this location.
I’m writing this review to express my complete frustration with the way the Wholesale Parts Department handles warranty claims. Unlike every other dealership I’ve dealt with, Courtesy Nissan refuses to honor direct warranties on basic replacement parts like starters, alternators, and other standard components. Instead, they force you to go through their service center—where you’re required to pay diagnostic and labor costs out of pocket just to replace a failed part that should be covered under warranty. My Juke horn stopped working. I took to Cortesy. It took them half a day for the diagnosis and I was charged $119. They gave me an estimate of a $1,000 to fix the horn and said the service would take a day and a half. I took my car to a nearby mechanic who told me to buy a new horn at Amazon for $20 and charged me $135 for the service which was done in less than 2 hours.

These are all characteristics that concern me. I will do my best NOT to do business with them.
I had a worst experience without Courtesy Nissan. I bought the vehicle in that they updated lien holder wrongly which I am spending 2 hrs every day to fix it. But still on update. Worst and pathetic experience!!
I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience, both with the salesperson and the finance manager. From the start, the communication was unclear and lacked transparency. The cost summary was not properly explained, and important details were glossed over or completely ignored. When I came to get the car, it was already dark, and I specifically asked if there were any issues with the vehicle. I was assured everything was fine. However, the next day in the daylight, I ... read more
Too much to list. In a nutshell, their Courtesy Nissan Promise is not accurate at all!!
Friendly and professional staff but oil change service took too long! It took 2 hours.
Dealing with Courtesy Nissan in Richardson Tx and Clay Cooley Dealerships was a horrible experience. I will never deal with them again.
