David and Bennett in the parts department are extremely helpful. I was having a horrible morning after waking up to a flat and finding out we had misplaced our lugnut key. The dealership I purchased from and normally go to was not able to help and wanted to charge an arm and a leg. I called Courtesy and spoke with David and Bennet and they helped with what I needed. I sent my husband up there with the car and they helped make sure he got what we needed and it was even cheaper than we expected. They really saved my day!
