0 Star : My Experience Car lights left on, battery dead upon pick up. Antenna was left on dashboard not reinstalled. When I asked about it on pick up i was lied to and told they checked pictures and antenna was never there, but afterwards I found it laying on dashboard, they just never reinstalled it. Not happy about the dishonesty.

0 Star : My Experience After three weeks and multiple emails, with no response, I am still waiting for one part to come in and be added to the bumper. I did not notice the part was missing until after driving away and after paying the deductible. Since then, it is as if no one can be bothered completing the job.

0 Star : My Experience I has to wait over a month for my vehicle to be repaired, even though the damage was not major and I was told would take up to a week. Thankfully the rental vehicle was covered for the duration of the repair.
