Outstanding staff. Haily H has just helped me process a complex ordering situation and she was just wonderful. Very polite, courteous and knowledgeable. I needed help in getting the mask I wanted. I ordered a resmed mini machine and mask, not realizing it wasn't the mask I thought I was ordering. I contacted company and Erica was so helpful and courteous! She was able to get me the right mask. Thank you Erica!

Rep was very helpful with handling a prescription that had been faxed. Unfortunately, I could not use it and make an order as I reside in NC and negotiations are ongoing. She immediately helped me construct same by parts. Couldn't ask for better.
