I have spoken to a few Customer Service Reps in regards to my order, Corinne went over and beyond to help rectify my shipping issues so that I could receive my order. Capp.com was very responsive to my needs. Sales person was very knowledgeable and polite. They replaced the DC Converter for my *** ***** ****** that I did not receive. I will use them again when I need supplies.
