I had a problem disassembling my CPAP for upcoming travel. I chatted with Erica on CPAP.com, and she totally solved my problem. She also answered another question I had about how to change the filter on the hose adapter. She was extremely helpful!

Just a quick review for the terrifically quick response that I received from Erica this am. CPAP sent a link via email to review a recent purchase however there was an issue with the product not identified. One chat with Erica resolved this issue and as I have been most pleased with the CPAP that I had purchased I wanted to share said experience with others. Thank you, Erica, for knowing how to manage this situation quickly and efficiently.

CPAP.com is a great company. Very easy to work with on the online chat. Was able to send prescription over and they reviewed right then to see what I needed. At the same time they were working on having someone call me to work on placing the order. They were not pushy about saying what I should be buying but listen to me and my ideas. Also had good suggestions for equipment I was wanting to buy.
