I had a problem disassembling my CPAP for upcoming travel. I chatted with Erica on CPAP.com, and she totally solved my problem. She also answered another question I had about how to change the filter on the hose adapter. She was extremely helpful!

CPAP.com is a great company. Very easy to work with on the online chat. Was able to send prescription over and they reviewed right then to see what I needed.
