I contacted a chat line late in the evening to talk about different equipment options. My representative was Erica. She was extremely professional, polite, helpful… Explained all of my various options to me and made recommendations based on the information I told her. I even made a personal joke and she had a very sweet and comforting comment in return. It made me realize I was dealing with a real person who also knew that her customers are real people. What a warm, enlightening experience!

No need to waste anyone's time with the *******recall debacle...but 12 months to replace a faulty machine and insurance refusing to cover a potentially dangerous machine except to privately pay for a machine we can't have until April just defies description... I have been affected by the ******* *********** recall. I have been using my travel CPAP machine since July but am having some problems with the start switch. Phillips has not given any date as to when I will receive a replacement machine so I called to order a new CPAP machine. I spoke with Lacey. She is very knowledgeable about their products and helped me to choose the best machine for my needs. I found her patient, courteous, and very helpful.
